Before the incident
Using a manual lift cart which is raised by stepping on a foot pedal to lift small (20 lb) rolls up to the unwind shaft of a roll rewinder. Subsequent measurements showed it took 22 to 25 lbs of pressure to push down the foot pedal with a 20-lb roll on it.
What happened
She set her left foot on the foot pedal and as she began to press down she felt pressure on her ankle and the front of her lower leg then pain.

Lower leg and low back strain - she asked to go to the doctor 4 days later at which time she said the back of her leg and her lower back also hurt
