What happened
Employee tripped on the wheels of the shopping carts that were lined up on the sidewalk in front of the store. She fell onto the carts hitting the carts with the right side of her face and head. She turned her body after hitting the carts making her to continue to fall onto the pavement and scrape her right shoulder and knee and hit the pavement with her right elbow.
