What happened

As EE was using a Magliner cart to deliver product their foot slipped causing their left arm to extend causing an injury. This was EE 's first time servicing the account and did not know if their truck would fit in the nearby alley. Due to this the EE parked farther away from the account. This influenced the EE to use the Magliner cart as the delivery was for 20 cases and they could do it all in one trip if they used the cart compared to a hand truck. This street they were parked on has an incline that causes the EE to use force when moving the cart. As they were moving the cart EE 's right foot slipped causing their right knee to dip and scrape the ground. While their right knee dipped EE 's arms remained on the cart overextending as the EE regained their footing. EE continued to work but felt small pain when opening their vehicle door.
