sst training

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I was in SST training at the Lawrence Community Center in [REDACTED]. We were participating in a group activity and when I went to sit down in a chair I partially missed the seat and fell to the floor. Initially I only had just a slight bit of pain on my left rib area and thought that it would go away but instead it continued to get worse to the point on [REDACTED] I couldn 't take a breath sneeze cough or barely make a slight movement that it didn 't cause me to have a muscle spasm that would just about drop me. On [REDACTED] I was seen at the Jones Regional Medical Center in the emergency room. They Xrayed my left side ribs and there was no broken ribs. They prescribed muscle relaxers pain patches Ibuprofen and Tylenol. They also told me that this could take a couple of weeks before I would start feeling better.
