Before the incident

IE was working on cell 315 in WL picking up parts from a tote loading them into a weld fixture then putting them into another tote.

What happened

While walking from one part of cell 315 to another IE had to walk around a parts tote that wasn 't stacked straight. While doing this she slipped and fell which caused a distal radial (forearm) fracture to her left arm.
