What happened
Athlete was working in inbound when she was removing boxes from a pallet. As she was taking a box from one of the stacks a box from the top of the pallet fell and hit her on the right side of her head. Athlete stated that she felt dizzy and she felt like she was going to through up. Athlete was given an ice pack and a bottle of water but refused any pain medication due to being allergic to it. While sitting in the safety office the athlete vomited into a trashcan.
