What happened
Employee was helping another employee that was moving a bit via jib crane. The injured employee placed his palm on the side of the mold that was being moved. The mold slipped in the halo lifting device causing the mold to fall approximately 1 inch to the table. The injured employees fingers were caught by the mold causing the injury
