Hand got too close the edge of the cable where the conveyor belt goes underneath to roll back. This edge gap may have been to wide was closed in more glove got caught and fingertips pulled in. Employee yanked his hand back and glove tore. He felt pain in tip of middle finger and found laceration. Edge of finger tip caught in glove doctor could not re-attach.
