Making rounds

On [REDACTED] at approx. 0945hrs I SCO [REDACTED] along with [REDACTED] conducted a targeted cell search of cell #9-31 in [REDACTED] housed solely by [REDACTED] #1105566. During the search we located several items of question and had to check ICON property for confirmation. After the 1100 hrs cell line we reentered cell #9-31 and removed some of the questionable commissary property that was inconsistent with [REDACTED]s ICON banking information. After we exited the cell we were both speaking to [REDACTED] by the 10 galley pin cage. We explained to him what items we had taken and what we were going to do with the items. At this point I was asked to open a cell on 10 galley per [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. I turned my attention toward [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and then I was struck in the back of the head by [REDACTED]s closed fist. I then felt several more strikes to my head area both front and back. I attempted to call for assistance while also trying to cover my head area. I then re
