EE on low backer stand for pre-op states she got lightheaded near top of ladder turned to go down the ladder w flashlight and hook in hands. She went down approx. 3 rungs and then fell the other 2-3 rungs to the floor. It appears from the available video she thought she reached the bottom of the ladder stepped backwards and then fell.
