Before the incident
Worker was working on rooftop and walking over to another section of a roof on the opposite side of a small parapet wall. Worker was not carrying any tools or equipment. Injury occurred as he was stepping down over a parapet wall.
What happened
Worker slipped on an unseen patch of frost ice while stepping over a parapet wall to a lower roof approximately 1 foot below on the opposite side. He fell backwards catching himself but twisting his right knee as he fell (slip trip fall to same level.)
