Before the incident
Getting sandwiches for patients in the kitchen.
What happened
Employee was unable to find sandwiches in the refrigerator and decided to walk in the attached freezer to see if she could find sandwiches. The freezer door closed employee panicked and thought she was locked in the freezer. She picked up a piece of frozen meat and started banging the door. Employee was able to get herself out of the freezer within a few minutes. [REDACTED] called employee sent to ER then sent home with no symptoms of hypothermia. OSHA letter: RE: CLI Number 2062228. The representations made in your response have been found to be a satisfactory basis for closing this complaint.
