Placing a 3600lb bundle of steel boom parts into a stock rack with an overhead crane spreader bar and chains.
What happened
The team member moved the crane trolley to the east to straighten up the bundle in the rack. The crane continued to move to the east causing the bundle to come out of the rack and swing into the team member. Their left leg was pinched between the bundle and a stack of other bundles on the floor.
