What happened

The employee stated his partner told him to come down the line to help him with a piece of scrap that had been cut. He stated when his partner finished cutting the scrap piece he tried holding it to lower it but with the movements of both employees the piece fell to the floor. The piece mashed his fingers between the piece of plastic and a metal piece.
