On [REDACTED] at approximately 1230 [REDACTED]. athlete was on their way to lunch and during their exit through the turnstile the athlete stated they were wedged in the turnstile trying to come through.. The athlete did not report the incident until approximately 1400 [REDACTED]. The above information was gathered when the athlete reported the incident. When the athlete came into the safety office and was evaluated and no injury could be determined but the athlete was treated with ointment in the affected area
