On the above date and time employee [REDACTED] Inform unit 302 that while coming down the 1B ramp he hit his left elbowon a queen that was Station in front of elevator 10. Mr. [REDACTED] explained that he was transporting tables to another section. Andwhile going down the ramp he lost control when he seen an employee coming out of the elevator 10 Mr. [REDACTED] explained that hehad to turn the tables a certain way so they would not hit the employee coming out of the elevator causing him to lose controland have his left elbow to be caught in between stack of tables that he was transporting and the [REDACTED] that was station in frontof elevator ten no Major injuries occurred. Slight Bruise and scratch on Left elbow. Mr. [REDACTED] Provided himself with a bag of iceand place it on his elbow. Mr. [REDACTED] Did not need any medical attention but stated he does that know how he will feel tomorrowunit 302 Informed him to contact his supervisors and let them know what happened.
