What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] athlete was working on the shipping gravity chute sorter when a box came down the chute hitting the athletes right pointer finger while hand was on the chute rail. Athlete came down to notify the shipping supervisor what happened and told the supervisor that they weren 't paying attention when the box came down. The supervisor contacted ESC-1 about the incident and upon request of the athlete to bring Ibuprofen to shipping department. ESC-1 arrived and examined athletes finger but did not see any redness or any significant swelling on injury sight. Athlete still stated that their finger was in pain and wanted Ibuprofen but refused ice or a soft wrap because athlete didn 't want anything to touch finger. Athlete took Ibuprofen and went back to work.
