What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Public Areas Attendant) entered the lobby men 's restroom and found [REDACTED] (Culinary) on the floor unconscious. He immediately sought assistance and notified [REDACTED] (Server Avenue One) who then notified [REDACTED] (Assistant Director of Rooms) [REDACTED] (Assistant Director of FB). [REDACTED] went to the entrance to meet emergency services. [REDACTED] (Front Office) called emergency services and was on the phone at the time [REDACTED] arrived at the bathroom with the AED. The AED was applied and instructed to do CPR. [REDACTED] administered chest compressions and rescue breaths until EMS arrived. They continued CPR until another EMS personnel instructed them to check the back for lividity and he then determined [REDACTED] was deceased. [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED] (General Manager) to inform him of this. During this time EMS continued to work on [REDACTED] and was able to resuscitate him.
