EE texted me at [REDACTED] that her Sciatic nerve was bothering her from sitting on a stool at front desk and need to go to the ER to help with the pain.Stools are optional and Host should be standing for most of the shift and using stools when needed to take a break. Also on the night she left to go to the ER she was sitting in a computer desk chair and not a stool. She was off [REDACTED] days prior to this event. CCTV footage shows she did sit on a stool on the [REDACTED] but not since then. [REDACTED] placed her off work until [REDACTED].
