at [REDACTED] Banquet staff [REDACTED] informed security that [REDACTED] hurt her foot while working in the back corridor of banquet. When security arrived [REDACTED] was sitting with her right foot elevated and an ice pack on it and it was bruised and swollen on the top portion.Security assessed the injury with a pressure and motion test and mobility seemed normal. Security wrapped it with gauze and gave extra gauze and icepack.Per [REDACTED] was in the banquet storage room and the wooden step for the podium was leaning against the wall and fell on her foot.
