What happened

Some servers came to me to report that they saw EE in back bar crying and stretching her leg. I immediately went to investigate and check on her and she was on the ground stretching her leg. I asked what had happened and she said that her knee had locked up and she was unable to extend it. I asked her if this was a work-related injury and she replied no that she had surgery when she was [REDACTED] and now her leg will occasionally lock up on her. I offered her assistance but she declined stating that she would just need to stretch it out for a bit. I asked her if it hurt and she said no that she was just unable to extend her leg. I asked her if she needed to leave and she said no and that she wanted to continue to work the shift. Another EE and I collectively decided that she should not complete the shift and that it would be better for her to go home and rest it. We gave her some time alone to stretch and recuperate.
