On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] informed me that he had tested positive for covid-19 on [REDACTED]. After taking a second test on [REDACTED] I was promptly notified and we began contact tracing and informing all associates who may have been exposed. EEs [REDACTED] at work was [REDACTED] and was not displaying any symptoms. All associates have been tested and 3 have since also tested positive but are asymptomatic. Protocols for self-isolation and eventual return to work guidance has been communicated to each associate.
