[REDACTED] reported that she was turning the teppan grill for operation and the heated grill accidentally fell on her left middle finger. EE then applied ice on her finger to lessen the swelling. Soon after she was injured again as she was turning on the pilot flame of the stove and she accidentally touched the heated top stove which caused a bruising on her right arm. SO [REDACTED] applied burn cream and bandages. SO [REDACTED] asked if she wanted to go to the hospital or the clinic. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] declined and completed her reports and went back to work.
