At [REDACTED] a stewarding employee came to the security office and reported a housekeeping employee fainted at the basement service elevator landing. SO [REDACTED] was dispatched to the scene. Security Manager was informed and made his way to the incident.When SO [REDACTED] arrived at the basement service landing at [REDACTED] Housekeeping employee was passed out on the floor in front of service elevator 3. She was surrounded by other housekeeping staff who were trying to cool her down. SO [REDACTED] went back to security office to retrieve the defibrillator and when she came back EE was awake but feeling dizzy. At [REDACTED] SO [REDACTED] went to front desk to retrieve a wheel chair for [REDACTED]. At [REDACTED] SO [REDACTED] arrived back at the basement elevator service landing. EE was helped onto the wheelchair and brought to the security office. EE refused a hospital visit and just requested to go home and did not say what she thinks caused the incident.
