On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Attendant [REDACTED] hit his head on a street sign. [REDACTED] was assisting a guest with her luggage at her vehicle. The vehicle was located on [REDACTED]. As [REDACTED] placed the suitcase in her car he hit the corner of the street sign. The impact was enough to cut the top of his head causing bleeding. First aid gauze bandages were applied by Security Supervisor [REDACTED]. Five (5) bandages in total were applied to stop the bleeding. EMS was called and Abbott Ambulance arrived. [REDACTED] was evaluated by EMS who stated he is going to need stitches. [REDACTED] refused to ride in the Ambulance but was driven to Urgent care by Guest Services Supervisor [REDACTED].
