On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Assistant Operation Manager (Food Beverage)called security advising that one of the cook 's employees cut his left pinky and ring finger. I ([REDACTED] [REDACTED]) responded to the 2nd floor west hallway by Shor restaurant restroom withy medical kit. When I arrived I met with Assistant Operation Manager (Food Beverage) the cook who cut his fingers who identified himself as EE. The cook stated that while he was Finishing his task at the [REDACTED] kitchen he started wiping the kitchen counters when accidentally cut his ring and pinky finger with a knife that he didn 't notice it was on top of the kitchen counter.?[REDACTED] [REDACTED] observed two deep lacerations on his right hand. I [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called [REDACTED] emergency while I s8 provided a clean gauze to stop the bleeding directed by [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] dispatch. Ems arrived [REDACTED]. The cook [REDACTED] was taken by Sunstar Ambulance 256 to the Morton plant hospital.?Rute [REDACTED]
