What happened

Approximately [REDACTED] there was an incident with [REDACTED]. He was walking through the storage room at Olive and then became dizzy. When he was exiting the room to the backhall by the coffee machine he began to become faint. Chef [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] made comments asking if he was okay as he was passing through the doorway. When [REDACTED] became faint Chef [REDACTED] grabbed him and prevented him from falling to the floor. We then got him a chair to sit and rest. Security was called immediately and so was [REDACTED] was informed and came to the incident scene. During this time we provided [REDACTED] with still water grapefruit juice and his medication for blood pressure. Security and our banquet staff asked [REDACTED] if he wanted EMT 's to come to evaluate his situation. He said yes and security called the EMT. His blood pressure was up and his heart was beating quickly. From second hand information EMT 's said his blood pressure was elevated but was coming down while they w
