At around [REDACTED] RA was cleaning in room 620. Per EE she was removing the nozzle from the chlorine spray bottle and the chlorine splashed into her left eye. EXHKP had her run water on her eye for 10 minutes and then they came to security to report the injury and get paperwork so that EE could go home. On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] EE came to the security office to get the forms needed to go to FHP clinic. her eye was still pink and watering.
