EE came to security [REDACTED] 1427 hours on [REDACTED] to report an injury that happened to her on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] EE was cleaning the tub in [REDACTED] 1406 and her right foot slipped and she hit her left elbow on the top side of the tub. [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] EE came to security to complete her forms and SSO noticed a small bruise on the same left bottom elbow. EE also mentioned to SSO that her left elbow was hurting. SSOasked if she wanted to go to the hospital and she said no.
