Happened twice between [REDACTED] stated while he was finishing putting all the water blasting parts he stood up to get the push broom that?s when he slipped and the second time when he was moving the hose he slipped again. He also stated that his right-side rib cage to his lower back is hurting. One ice pack was given he declined going to the clinic today.
