What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] security personnel received a call from [REDACTED] of Engineering [REDACTED] stating his engineer [REDACTED] cut his elbow inside the service elevator and if they could bandage him up. SO [REDACTED] and SO [REDACTED] responded to the call and met with [REDACTED] outside of the [REDACTED] key ballroom with their medical kits. Security could see a small abrasion on [REDACTED] right elbow and began administering first aid. SO [REDACTED] cleaned the abrasion with anti-septic towelette 's applied anti-bacterial ointment and applied a bandage. SO [REDACTED] asked Mr. [REDACTED] if he would like an EMS to come take a look at him but he denied any EMS services. SO [REDACTED] asked [REDACTED] what happened inside the elevator and how did he cut his elbow. [REDACTED] stated he got on the elevator on the 15th floor when the power inside the elevator turned off dropping him to the 14th floor.
