[REDACTED] [REDACTED] upon asking EE to peel limes for opening event party it was brought to my attention by EE that he got cut on [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] he was searching for a steak knife in the silverware bin when he got cut by it he says he is in pain and is having a difficult time with most of his job requirements due to the level of pain being 6 out of 10 pain level. Once he arrived home after his shift he took 2 Tylenols to help the pain and antiseptic cream. The incident was not reported to the manager on duty. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] served as witness of this documentation.
