What happened

At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] (Contract employee with Prime) was pushing a full linen cart out of the elevator into the back hallway. EE was waiting for the elevator with a trash cart positioned directly in front of the elevator doors and her body behind the cart and close to the wall. Another EE also had a trash cart and was positioned to EE 's right side preventing egress from the elevator doors. When the elevator doors opened EE noticed the tall linen cart and attempted to move to the left between the elevator doors and the elevator equipment room door a space of about 19 inches. Contract colleague allegedly did not hear see EE and proceeded to push the linen cart which contacted the trash cart and pinned EE between the trash cart and the wall. EE allegedly sustained contusions to her stomach and calf area (calf contusion photo attached).
