What happened

At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came by to security office to report her injury that happened approximately [REDACTED] She arrived at Security SO [REDACTED] and SO [REDACTED] saw her hand already wrapped in bandages. EE reported that she got injured around [REDACTED] . EE was getting the pot from the tray side and she started to feel the burning sensation which caused her to react and knock a small pot that fell into the tray stand and splashed boiling water onto her right index finger and thumb and all the way to her wrist. SO [REDACTED] discarded her old bandages and didn?t see any bruising or swelling but EE claims it stings. SO [REDACTED] tended to her injury by applying burn cream and wrapped her hand to her wrist with a new bandage. SO [REDACTED] also asked EE if she needed to go to the hospital or clinic. EE denied and went back to work
