Before the incident
Making beds and sitting. Colleague did not inform Managment her bad was beginning to ache due to making beds on the day of the incident. She continued to work until she visited the ER due to pain the following week. Colleague did not disclose this was a work-related injury until after returning to work and the injury progressed. She was sitting on a stoop during her break. When she stood up that is when the injury heightened and she was no longer able to walk or work.
