Around [REDACTED] EE was filling up the Chemical bottles and when she finished she turned to her right to place something on the Dryer machine and she heard a loud POP noise then the cap enclosed part to the chemical pink color came off and a spring came out and Liquid started pouring out non stop. It was spraying all over her back and arm and right side of face. she screamed and a Colleague named [REDACTED] standing near turned around and got sprayed in the Eyes and face as well.
