On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came to the security office wanting to file an injury report. He stated that he was putting the vacuum back in the housekeeping office and then when he exited the office he didn?t notice the puddle of water and slipped hitting his left thigh and right elbow. Sgt. [REDACTED] then asked him if he would like to seek further medical assistance; he declined and stated he just wanted to file the report. SSO [REDACTED] then went to check outside the housekeeping office corridor and didn?t notice any leaks from the ceiling and was told that someone spilled their drink and didn?t clean it up.
