Description of Incident:While pushing a stock of glass racks at the back of the hallway the top rack shifted and fell striking EE on the head and left shoulder.Immediate Actions Taken:1.Security was immediately called to the scene.2.Medical attention was ordered to assess EE but she said she doesn 't needed. 3.EE was provided with an ice pack for immediate care.
