PERFORMING WORK DUTIES;OPERATING DRYERS AT THE WORKSITE.
What happened
WHILE OPERATING THE DRYERS EMPLOYEE NOTICED THAT THE SERPENTINE BELTS WERE DROPPING PISTACHIOS. ATTEMPTING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE EMPLOYEE MADE THE DECISION TO RUN ACROSS THE AREA TO REACH CONTROL MODULE AND SHUT IT OFF THOUGH THIS WAS AN UNAUTHORIZED AND HAZARDOUS ACTION. AS SHE ATTEMPTED TO CROSS BENEATH THE BELT SHE UNINTENTIONALLY COLLIDED WITH THE METAL FRAME SUPPORTING THE BELT.
