What happened
Under an active snow and ice warning co-worker parked his [REDACTED] to reload it with salt. Employee came at around the same time and parked his plow truck near the [REDACTED] on the northwest side of the dome along the barrier wall. Employee started walking across the parking lot towards the main door. Co-worker was operating the loader while in the process of reloading his plow truck and as he was backing up he struck employee with rear bumper of the loader sending employee to the ground.
