Employee was driving a City 3 4 ton work truck 1700 from a scheduled meter changeout at [REDACTED] and traveling to their next scheduled appointment at [REDACTED].

Enroute employee passed out traveling south on [REDACTED] crossing into the northbound shoulder striking two parked cars at [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. After the accident the employee came to when a resident approached the vehicle to see if the employee was alright. EMS was called and employee was taken by ambulance to Woodwinds Hospital. Employee did mention that they had taken [REDACTED] for the first time taking a dose at [REDACTED] and again at [REDACTED].
