While checking exterior doors for the [REDACTED] Clinic He stepped on an uneven crack on the sidewalk that leads to the [REDACTED] Door exit located in Family Practice. When he stepped on the crack it caused him to twist his right ankle and fall on the ground landing on his right knee. The fall caused some scrapes to his right hand right finger and right knee. Injury not serious enough to cause him from continuing to work. he just felt a little discomfort in the back of his knee joint.
