Before the incident
I was assisting patient with repositioning his bottom back into his wheelchair a little bit more so that I could better visualize his incision line and have better access. I stood behind his wheelchair and put one hand under each thigh and attempted to scoot his butt back on the count of three. When I did that I felt a pull in my right mid back.
