Before the incident

I was moving quickly with a specimen cup in my right hand after rinsing it out in bathroom sink. One of my feet tripped over the angled leg of the shower bench. I was off balance and was unable to stop the fall. I struck my right shoulder on the toilet paper dispenser in bathroom. My right elbow hit the bathroom floor. At first I did not think I hit my head but as I sit here typing I have a headache right ear pain and my neck feels as if I have whiplash. Patient put on call light to get help and my coworker [REDACTED] happened to be calling me on Vocera. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] came to bathroom and I was able to get up off the floor by pushing up with my left arm while on my knees and then grabbed onto grab bars. The grab bars I used were the ones in the shower portion of bathroom. Other areas of injury I feel at this time are: right shoulder right elbow right wrist right ankle right ear neck and mid back.
