Lifting a bag full of garbage that weighed 40 to 50lbs into the back of the pickup truck.
What happened
Employee lifted the bag of garbage then swung it around in order for the bag to land on the top of the filled bags in the back of the truck when he felt pain in his back. The bags were pile higher than the sides of the bed and the tailgate was down. He was standing next to the tailgate when he swung the bag.
