While operating the Air Hammer in the cleat department the employee had the guide railing for the air hammer itself become disconnected and fall. When it fell it struck her around her right Temple Crown of her head. This caused a 1 2” laceration on the surface and 1 4-1 2” deep. When the railing fell it knocked her to the ground
