was helping patient out of the rest room with walker to go sit in the recliner patient was little wobbly he couldn 't get into the chair was to narrow so first i took bed brake off with right foot moved the bed the the low boy green chair low to ground was in his way as I held on to patient with right hand so he wouldn 't fall I used my left had to push chair out of his way he stumbled chair went over my shoe patient was trying to help told him no thank you sat him down got to door where two nurses had been told me to take shoe off we noticed my sock was bloody they had me sit in chair take sock off foot swelling applied ice pack and elevated it
