No Description: Approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I received a phone call from [REDACTED] GF for Rocky Mountain Power Ogden division that one of our flaggers was down and bleeding his crew did not know why. I called the BM for [REDACTED] staffing [REDACTED] to report the situation. She was 10 minutes away. She reported back [REDACTED] a flagger was struck by a vehicle. He was transported to the hospital and was later released. He is ok but bruised and some abrasions. Car that hit him stopped. Police were on scene. I have followed up with [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] she was going to get a police report and send to me. She said she will send a copy of her report when she is done. Address is [REDACTED]. We had 5 flaggers on the jobsite. Have contacted [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 24 and been advised to submit NOI. Waiting on [
