Before the incident
[REDACTED] crew was setting out their signs and realized they got one sign out of order. They circled back through the zone to correct the sign and the driver stopped for the passenger to swap the signs in the stand. Passenger got back in the truck and sat down and the 3rd party vehicle rear ended the [REDACTED] truck. The impact of the 3rd party was the front right to the back left middle of the [REDACTED] truck. Both drivers were taken to the hospital for evaluation and released the same day without restrictions. 3rd Party overheard telling the police officer that he was traveling [REDACTED] in the 55 and that he looked up and saw nothing looked down looked back up and it was too late. Non AEP work Customer was Enviroprobe (customer was notified and aware) Driver was mildly concussed passenger had no injuries.
