Before the incident
Slid down hill and metal slide stand landed on ankle. Reported an NOI right after the incident and contacted Axiom. I was setting out signs for a closure on [REDACTED] MM 6.2 when I picked up a wind jammer slipped down a gravel hill and rolled my ankle and a metal stand slid down and landed on my foot. EE was setting up signs at [REDACTED] for a lane closure starting at [REDACTED]. They were setting these signs up with a TMA operation because theres no shoulder in this area. Once stopped at this location he jumped over the barrier wall and a co worker handed him a wind jammer out of the truck. Once he grabbed the wind jammer he lost his footing and slid off the edge of the pavement. In the process a box stand that was leaning against the barrier wall slide off the edge of pavement and landed on his foot.
